(Maryam) 19 : 71
وَإِنْ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَارِدُهَا ۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَقْضِيًّا
And there is none among you except he will come near it; this is upon your Lord a decree that must be fulfilled.
